What little there is to read so far on LendingLeaves, seems to be for the "upper level" lender/investor. What is badly needed is something for the many people out there that do not understand what credit qualifying is all about.

If I may be presumptuous, you need a loan officer or someone that knows the business well to put together all the necessary details of raising one's credit score. Credit qualifying for an automobile and qualifying for a house are two very different things. Most people don't seem to know there's a difference, let alone understand.

Being a Realtor, I work with many people in vastly different credit ranges. Many that would like to purchase a home think their credit is not great but "okay" or they know they had a bad credit situation in the past and aren't sure what it takes to improve enough to qualify. A site that could not only educate them as to what information is used in credit scoring but ideas on how they can begin putting their own credit worthiness together would be a boon.

With rental units costing more than mortgage payments, in a lot of cases, this would help those with less than sterling credit and below the "six-figure-income" that we hear so much about. The "Comfortable-and-on-ups" have all the help they need and then some. How about information for the rest?
