 Many people worry that their credit score may preclude them from getting a home mortgage loan. While this can be true, and while your credit score can affect the loan terms you are offered, it is worth noting that there are circumstances that mortgage lenders consider extenuating. That is, of course, the point of this funny Ameriquest Mortgage commercial. Happy Friday!

It can be depressing sometimes to think about how much depends on your credit rating. But if you show that you are trying hard, and you can explain some of your credit problems, then many lenders will be understanding.
That Video is hilarious. I completely agree with your credit score is a big factor when you are planning to take a mortgage loan. From my personal experience I can say don't be a defaulter at any point.
I agree that you should do everything you can to avoid default. In some extenuating and emergency circumstances, such as a catastrophe or a medical disaster, it is impossible. And those are the things that you need to be able to account for.

Honestly, I don't think I can trust myself to keep a good credit reputation so I have already warned my boyfriend to be careful with giving me a card. Okay, so maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit but this video is hilarious. I'm sure it has perked up a lot of people with a bit of a credit situation. Always look at the bright side!
